a Modern Practitioner for Today's World

THE Uncommon Shaman

There's always that one property. The one that folks walk by. Or (worse) insist is ...off. And it's usually the house on the block that just won't sell. No matter what you do.

Close and then re-list.

Drop the price.

But...what if it isn't you? What if it isn't the market? Or the location? Or the kitchen? Or the interest rate?

Properties, much like people, have energies all their own. And, sometimes those places accumulate energy that can affect the ability of that property to change hands in a timely manner.

We've all been there...that basement that doesn't feel right. The attic we rush to get out of the instant we arrive. We feel watched. Not alone.

We don't often know the history of the properties we buy or sell. And ultimately, that doesn't matter.

Property clearings are an efficient way to ensure that prospective homeowners are walking into the most inviting energy possible. By clearing any previous energy from a space, you're providing a blank slate for the next tenants.

No matter what trauma occurred in the space - indoor or out - property and space clearings are a well-respected addition to any pre-sale routine.

Melissa works both in person in the greater Denver metro area, but has clients in  other areas of the United States, as well as south America, Canada, and Europe, all with excellent results.

If your space just doesn't feel right, a clearing might be the solution!

Melissa worked with a realtor on the Front Range of Colorado who managed luxury properties. She had never had an issue selling, particularly when it came to her area of Colorado. Million-dollar homes in the same neighborhoods were moving quickly.

Except one.

She'd tried every trick she could find, and it was almost as if "the place is invisible" (her words during her consultation). She couldn't even book showings. While other similar houses around it sold in bidding wars.

Melissa was retained and in doing the work for this client, learned that there were ancient protectors on that property called 'Shi' who this client had acquired through the purchase of another property. Because they provided such intense protection, her property actually was invisible to buyers.

Once the Shi were acknowledged and the situation explained, the property finally began to book showings and eventually sold.
